First Gathering of the Fall this Wed

The First Gathering of the Fall (so to speak) for the Browne's Addition Neighborhood will be this Wed, Sept 2 at 6:30 at the Museum of Arts and Culture.

We will have a special presentation from Becky Niles of First Call For Help to tell us how we can identify services in the community and connect our neighbors (and ourselves, perhaps) with the social and human services that might be of some support.

We will also begin some brainstorming on the services and programs we as a neighborhood will want to support through our own community development funding we are allocated annually.

We look forward to seeing you all this Wed!

Thursday's Concert

This week we have Hot Club of Spokane joining us in Coeur d'Alene Park from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday.  This group is making quite a name for itself with its style and swing, an interesting mix of European Gypsy and other flavors from the 20s - 40s.  If you've never heard this music, don't prejudge.  It's rich and fun and varied.  Any D'jango Reinhardt fans out there?

Don't miss it.  But please leave your alcohol at home and remember no smoking, both Park policy.

See you Thursday!
