Elections over?
Not so fast.... Your Neighborhood Council will hold it's elections on January 4, 2017.
We promise that we will take it easy on you. No mud slinging, no threats of prosecution, no promises of building walls.
We need a few good folks to fill some very important positions on the Executive Committee.
This is your chance to get involved in guiding the direction of your neighborhood.
We need to fill the positions of Secretary and Communications Officer, as these positions are being vacated.
Though these positions are up for grabs, all positions can be challenged.
Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Communications Officer, and several positions as Member(s) at Large.
If you feel like you would like to get involved and join the team, be at our January 4, 2017 General Meeting and let us know.

SPOKANE ARTS GRANTS AWARDS

SPOKANE ARTS GRANTS AWARDS: SAGA

Spokane Arts Grants Awards SAGA seeks to enrich our artistic vitality and cultural vibrancy within our city. To support this overarching mission, SAGA's goal is simple. To serve as a catalyst to foster a robust, healthy arts community where artists, non-profit arts and culture, and creative industries thrive. Together, we can tell the story about how the arts enliven Spokane.
The new grants program will begin in January of 2017.

Spokane Arts will be presenting information on the new granting program, made possible by the Admissions Tax Ordinance, Spokane Arts Grants Awards SAGA. We are seeking artists of all disciplines, arts and community organizations to provide feedback about what is important to you!  We will be hosting two one-hour repeat sessions on November 15 at 11:00 am to noon or 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox. Admission is FREE but seating is limited. Get your FREE tickets here. http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2705247
