The next Browne's Addition Neighborhood Council (BANC) meeting is Wednesday, February 4 at 6:30 at the MAC. The agenda for the February meeting includes:
1) City Council Presentation: BANC's President, Doug Overlock, gave a slideshow presentation to the Spokane City Council recently that gives an overview of the BANC activities and the neighborhood in general. This wonderful presentation is a great overview, and Doug will give the presentation at this meeting as an introduction for new attendees.
2) Friends of the Falls (pending): We have scheduled a presentation by Friends of the Falls on the aspects of the overall Spokane River Gorge Project that relate to residents of Browne's Addition.
3) Second Harvest: As part of an ongoing effort to introduce those service organizations supported by the BANC, Second Harvest will discuss their activities and introduce opportunities for volunteers. We plan to have other organizations give similar presentations at later meetings.
Please plan to attend this meeting and help us make Browne's Addition a better place to live. We look forward to seeing you there!
