few weeks ago I asked our BANC communications officer, Tim Finneran, to
forward the public notice for the application of a demolition permit
related to the property at 2029 W. Second Ave. to our neighborhood
council. I also asked Tim to include photos of the building that was
planned to occupy this address. In error, I provided copy written photos
in my email to Tim. This was my error.
Respecting
the legal rights of the owners of those photos, I ask you to delete any
copies you have of these photos and to not make any that you have
public in any manner.
These photos will be removed from any form of electronic media used by our executive committee.
Thank
you for your attention to this and my apologies for any inconvenience
this causes you and also to the legal owners of the photos.
